Presentation of the amounts in payment appropriations of the CASVP's supplementary budgets. The Primitive Budget (BP) is the first voted budget. It authorizes expenditure and revenue for the coming calendar year.The operating section of the initial budget of the annexed budgets includes all expenses and income from day-to-day management.Additional budgets, separate from the main budget proper, but voted by the deliberative assembly, must be drawn up for certain specialized local services at the CASVP. Additional budgets: DNA, EHPAD, CHRS, SSIAD.These budgets make it possible to establish the real cost of a service and to determine precisely the price to be paid by its users alone to balance the accounts.
