Permit to revegetate

This point layer represents the location of issued greening permits.The greening permit Parisian is to define the conditions under which the applicant is authorized, under the regime of temporary occupations of the public domain, to occupy the sites in order to enable him to create and maintain one or more revegetation devices (trees in particular fruit trees, walls, mobile planters, keyholes, stakes, fences, signage, planting in the ground at the foot of a tree or not, street furniture, such as bollards, the feet of facades, planting pits or any other form left to its initiative and to its creativity), in compliance with the Parisian public space greening charter.The Parisian greening permit allows citizens to set up and maintain one or more revegetation devices (tree bases, planters, pits in the ground), via an authorization for temporary occupation of the public domain and in compliance with the revegetation charter of Parisian public space.
